Importer un fichier
Étape 1 – décrire le format de fichier

It is absolutely possible!

In your Excel file, you can put the columns in the order you want. It will just be necessary to indicate in step 1 in which column each field is located.

In step 1: Describe my file, you will find all the fields that can be included in your flow file.
If a field always has the same value, you can enter a default value and not mention the field in your flow file
If a column is not in your flow file, you can disable it with the ON/OFF button next to each field or indicate -1 as the column number.
If a column is not in your flow file, you can disable it with the ON/OFF button next to each field or indicate -1 as the column number.
The weight is a mandatory data. So if you don't have a weight, but a pallet quantity, a volume or a package quantity, you must convert this data into weight directly in your flow file before importing it into the TK'Blue platform.
For certain data, such as Energy, means of transport, temperature mode, full Load and modality, it is important to use TK'Blue values.
It is then possible to either:
- Indicate the value expected by TK'Blue directly in the flow file
- Create a correspondence between the value in your file and the value expected by TK'Blue in step 2: describe my data.
Note that the default values must also respect the TK'Blue codification.
For the Energy and Means of transport fields, it is possible in step 1 to click on the Excel icon next to the Default value column to download the file of expected values.
For the other fields, it is possible to consult the values available in the Default Value columns. Or in step 2.
Once you have specified which column your data is in, you can upload the headers in the order you set.
Each time you import, you can change the description of your file.
Étape 2 – décrire les données
Step 2 allows you to describe the data in your file. For the fields Modality, Full load, Energy, Means of transport and Temperature Mode, it is important to respect the list of possible values for these fields.
However, to make it easier for you to calculate the GHG emissions of your transport flows, you can use your own values in your flow file and, in step 2, create a correspondence with the values accepted by TK'Blue.
Caution: it is important to be exhaustive in the creation of correspondences to ensure that the calculation of GHG emissions is carried out correctly, or even without error.
Étape 3 – importer un fichier de flux
The year selected must be that of the date of the flow. So if the Transport Date field has a year in 2020, you must choose the year 2020, even if you import the flows in 2021.
The number of header lines allows you to determine from which line onwards you can find the first flow. Be careful, it is important not to make a mistake in the number of header lines, otherwise you risk importing one or more lines from your file that are not flows, or not importing all your flows.
